Pay by card or from your account balance. How long each one takes and where your card details are stored, it's all here.

Credit and debit cards

UnionPay cards work too. Payments run on infrastructure.

Payments go through Stripe, with 3D Secure approval if your bank requires it.
Your card number never reaches us; it is stored at Stripe, and we only see the last 4 digits.
If you save your card, renewals are charged automatically on the due date. You can turn this off at any time.

Apple Pay and Google Pay: our Stripe account supports them, but our payment page needs an update. PayPal: we're considering it. We'll announce it on this page when it's available.

Which currency do I pay in?

Our prices are in euros (€). If your card is in another currency, your bank does the conversion; any exchange difference and foreign transaction fee are between you and your bank.

Who issues the invoice?

How do I turn off automatic renewal?

In the client area, delete your saved card under Billing → Payment methods. You will still get the renewal invoice, and you make the payment yourself.

My card was declined, what should I do?

First check your bank's 3D Secure approval and that your card is enabled for online shopping. If that doesn't work, try another card; if you're stuck, open a support ticket.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go back to the method you paid with. Conditions refund policy.
