Frequently asked questions
Short, clear answers about accounts, payments, hosting, servers, domains and support.
Does the price go up at renewal?
In the cart you see the first-term price next to the current renewal price; if the first term is discounted, we say so clearly. Domain prices are set by the registries and can change over time; when a renewal invoice is issued, you see the current amount before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Stripe). Prices are in euros. Details are on the payment methods page.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. An invoice for every payment appears in your client area and is sent to your email. For invoices in a company name, enter your company name and tax number in your account details.
Can I manage several companies' accounts with one login?
Yes. One user can be linked to several client accounts; you switch between them with the account switcher at the top of the panel. Details on the Agencies page.
Are email and SSL included if I buy hosting?
Yes. All hosting plans include [email protected] addresses and free SSL (Let's Encrypt); there's nothing extra to set up.
Can you move my site from another host?
Yes, for free. Choose "Setup type: Migration" when you order; once your account is open a support ticket is created, and your old site keeps running until the move is done.
When will my account be opened?
Hosting and app plans open automatically within a few minutes once payment is approved.
What is Panelica, and how is it different from cPanel?
Panelica is the control panel where you manage your hosting account: files, email, databases, SSL and Docker apps. There's no separate licence fee as with cPanel and Plesk; Panelica is also what lets you install apps in one click.
Which apps can I install in one click?
You install Docker apps like n8n, Nextcloud and Open WebUI in one click from the panel; the list is growing. Current catalogue: apps page.
Where are your servers?
In Europe; a Turkey location is coming soon. You choose the location when you order. All our disks are NVMe.
What's the difference between VPS and VDS?
Both are virtual servers of your own. On a VPS, CPU cores are shared with other servers; on a VDS, cores are dedicated to you alone, so performance is more stable under heavy workloads. Plans on the VPS and VDS page.
Can I have you manage my server?
Yes. We have a separate service where we take care of updates, security and backups: server management.
Do you offer Windows or macOS servers?
Both are coming soon. Due to its licence, we can only offer macOS on real Apple hardware (Mac mini). Details on the Windows server and Mac mini server pages.
Can I bring my domain from another provider?
Yes. Get the transfer (EPP) code from your current provider, then go to the transfer page to place your order. A transfer extends your registration by one year.
Will my emails land in the spam folder?
If your domain is with us, we add the required DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM). If it's elsewhere, the panel shows the missing record and we tell you what to enter where.
How can I see when a domain expires?
Whois lookup page shows the registration and expiry dates and the registrar. Personal details are hidden in most records under GDPR and KVKK.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You request cancellation in the client area; the service closes at the end of the term or right away. The refund terms are on the refunds page.
How do I get support?
Open a support ticket from the client area; for quick questions about your account, you can ask Nika AI. On the phone, we verify your identity with the support PIN in your panel.
How do I report abuse (spam, phishing)?
Report abuse form. Reports are reviewed in a separate queue.
We don't have a ready answer for this yet. Write to us.
